You and your students can watch any video on thisislanguage.com at a slower speed by clicking on the snail icon in the video player. If the snail is green, the video will be slowed down by 30%.
It's up to you to decide whether or not your students can use the snail setting while they're completing video exercises. Here's how to make it possible:
1. Hover over your name in the top right-hand corner and select Classes.
2. Find the class in question and click on the pencil in the Edit column.
3. Tick the box to enable the snail setting and click Save.
4. Allowing students to watch videos at a slower speed will affect their work in all of their classes. Make sure you've checked with their other teachers first!
